Returns & Exchanges

At Bulldog Trading, we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our returns and exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged & Defective Items: Returns are accepted if your package and/or product arrives damaged or defective. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Items on sale and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@bulldogtrading.ca. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Restocking Fee

Please note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

5. Processing Your Return

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item (following the returns process) and place a new order.
